I was experimenting yesterday and came up with another easy, tasty way to enjoy wild turkey.
Preheat oven to 425
Cut breast meat into small cubes, sautee until done, I used butter and seasoned with salt, pepper, and a touch of garlic.
Toast sliced French bread, brush with melted butter/garlic
Spoon BBQ sauce on toast (I used Bullseye doctored with molasses, garlic, and a splash of wheat beer)
add turkey and shredded cheese.
Bake for about 10 minutes on a baking sheet or until cheese is good and melted.
