striker glue?

The ivory tip come off my favorite striker what can I use to glue it back on with

  Super glue should work fine, make sure you rough up both surfaces.

super glue should work, but you might also give tiger a try.  It's used to glue on pool cue tips.

another idea, I don't know what your striker looks like, but maybe a  sleeve can be made to go over the  outside of the two pieces being glued, to have more glue area to hold better.
