Hey guys need some help here. Does anybody now were i can get some Easter Red Cedar thats dry and I dont have to buy a 100 bf. Here in colorado its really hard to get a hold of any thats bigger than 1 inch thick. Im looking for anything thats 2 inch plus.

Look for some from cabinet makers, woodshops, mills,.....ebay? If your local woodmill doesnt carry it you might have to go far to get it. also try craigs list, if you know anybody that wood works ask them about it. also old barns, basements, anywhere you can look.

I have a friend that has plenty on hand. He has 1 and 2 inch thick. Are you wanting it for box calls? It could probably be shipped unless you are wanting a huge board.

Yea I am wanting blanks for box call. I just am having a hard time finding the cedar dry enough to use and there isnt much for wood suppliers out here.
