Limbhanger vest and long boxes

Strange question I know but wondered if anyone knows if something like a Halloran long box or boat paddle will fit in the box call pkt of a mossy oak Limbhanger vest...the box call pocket.

Nope. short box only. If you don't run a hydration pack, you can put a long box in that pocket.

No so.  I've only ever use long boxes in my Limbhanger box call pocket.  I have a Beardhunter long box, a Q.B. Boat Paddle, and a Newman's Gizzard Getter that will fit in that box pocket.  The trick is to put the strap of the vest pocket between the box base and the paddle, then adjust the length of the strap to secure the box. I keep a call silencer on the call when I'm moving around, then put the silencer on the strap and clip the strap closed when I'm using the call.  It works great and I've not lost a silencer yet.  I'm pretty sure that almost everything else would fall out of that Limbhanger vest before one of those long boxes would.  I can post pics if you need 'em.

Pic please. I've got the same vest and carry to boxes, one in the designated pocket and the other in an Avery box call sleeve in the water bottle pocket.

I reread my original post and may have given the wrong idea.  I can only carry one long box at a time.  It fits in the regular box call pocket with the strap between the paddle and the box. I carry a shorter "Hustlin' Hen in one of the zipped side pockets.

Give me a few minutes to figure out how to post pics, so you can see what I mean.
