Got gun and choke, load advice

Got a Carlsons turkey choke (.690 E.D.) for my 835. Any good experience with specific lead loads would be appreciated. I have the Federal 2 oz #6 out of the FCW. Anyone have experience with that. I am not too interested in HTL offerings.
