black anodized vs bead blasted aluminum?

Any real big difference between them? Never used aluminum before but ordered a few pieces to try out.

However if conditioned right the anodized still sounds great!! And in the pot calls I make it seems to get lots of rasp to it also

Whats everyones ideal conditioning for the anodized? I guess maybe i shouldve gotten the blasted haha!

Ive never had one before but figured why not add another weapon to my arsenal! Never know!

Alcohol wipe first then , I used a green ScotchBrite pad and lightly hit it.

Lonnie Mabry makes one that's deadly with a Dad's monkey wood striker. This one was responsible for 3 deaths this past weekend alone.

I like anodized. To me it runs similar to a slate with a bit more higher pitch. I've run some before I wouldn't tote in the woods cause they had a very tinny tone to em. I got one from Wendell rye and that thing is lights out..... Pun intended
