I made a mini-hammock for this morning's TN juvenile opener. The suspension uses 7/64 amsteel blue dog bones, descender rings, polyester webbing, and a lightweight high capacity carabiner.  This is a super awesome comfortable setup.

May be a camera angle thing but it looks like you hung in it under a widow-maker tree?
Looks comfy alright, just don't get smushed in it!
Love to hunt the King of Spring!

Outside of a dog, a book is a man's best friend. Inside of a dog, it's too dark to read.

One of my personal current interests is nest predators and how a majority of hunters, where legal bait to the extent of chumming coons.  However once they get the predators concentrated they don't control them.
