Just curious of opinions on good vests. Comfort,storage/pockets,price...etc

TN Beard Buster

Cabela's and Ol Tom has some nice ones. Or if you haven't heard of them, Check out Knight Hunting products newly released vest called the Hands Free. It has a built in knee pad/gun rest and a stock holder for the stock. It retails around $140, and if you run friction calls, it's the ticket.

A few years ago I bought a Primos hunting vest from bass pro, can't remember what I paid for it but it was real reasonable.  It has quite a bit of mesh in it so it isn't hot and holds a lot of gear, well pleased with it.

Thanks for the info fellas i researched the knight pretty neat setup. I seen the ol tom series at bass pro the other day. It seems to be built more like a suspender type setup than the usually mesh backing types i see.

The right vest is a personal thing.  I've tried several over the years and my Cabelas Tactical Tater II is the best for me.

One of my personal current interests is nest predators and how a majority of hunters, where legal bait to the extent of chumming coons.  However once they get the predators concentrated they don't control them.

I will check them out

Checked them out. There on sale for $119 now. Look comfortable with the 3 in memory tech foam it says it sports.

I like the bass pro turkey lounger.  Seat is thin but self supporting so you really dont need a big tree to lean against.
