Problem with B Square saddle mount

Has anybody ever seen the back bolt on a B square saddle mount rip out while shooting the gun???

I have heard of them bending before but never ripping out.

I called B Square and told them what happened. I then emailed pictures at lunch. They shipped me a new mount that day and I have it in my hands. It will be mounted today. Nothing is more refreshing than a company doing what they say they will do. I will do business with them again.
