What can I expect out of long beards?

Shot my sbe2 today with turkey thugs 3in 6. Got 160 in 10" circle at 40. Gun has 24" barrel with .650 carlson choke. Can i get more with long beards?

I would say yes because my gun will shoot the thugs at or around 150. With the longbeards i can get near 200. But who knows till you try them. If I was you I wouldnt change a thing as long as your pattern is even. I killed birds with the thug 6s and they do the job.

Yea it shoots a good even pattern. Was just wonder if the LB's would be better. Got some ordered. Thanks for replies.

Nope...I shoot a .650 & long beards with very good results!
