Looks like a Star Dot or a Preston Pittman. What gun is it for?

Top choke looks like a Preston Pittman. Star Dot had straight knurling not diamond knurling on the end. Dont take this as the deffining word as I have been wrong in the past just ask my wife.

That's officially a true original Colonial Arms Star Dot .676 choke.  The straight groove Star Dot chokes were the ones that where PTC Technologies duplicated Colonial Arms Star Dot chokes probably brought to them by Highlander Sports.

I have bought PTC Technologies chokes that had diamond knurling on them.

You may have.  But that choke was made by Colonial Arms and later put in a package that had PTC Technologies on the back.
