Woodpecker locator?

Any of you guys use one? I might get one, looking for suggestions. I had some longbeards last spring going off every time this one woodpecker would call.

I carried and tried one for two or three years and I never got a bird to gobble to it...that being said, it probably depends on what the birds in your area are use to hearing.  You can find them pretty cheap it might be worth a try.
