Well I think I'm gonna go ahead and get one for this spring.

It sounds like the sumtoy 650 and magblends are the ticket for it. But I see more 3" results than 3.5". Anyone getting good results with 3.5" magblends?

I also need to figure out what optics to run.

Congrats on the new gun!!!  I would suggest trying the new Win Longbeard load (#6's).  If you want to stay with a Hevi type load then I would just spend a few more dollars and by Nitro loads ( http://nitrocompany.com/pattern.htm ), because they will be MUCH more consistent than the Mag blends....that's just my two cents. The SumToy is a GREAT choice for your choke!!!  Best of luck!!!  :icon_thumright:

i shot a 3500 with 3.5 magblends and a sum toy 650 for a few years with great results and never had issues with consistency. below is one of my targets from patterning last year. I had good results with the Hevi shot choke as well and magblends.

i can't find the sum toy pic yet but it was in the 267 range.
