Hey everyone! We recently purchased an a 300 outlander for our son as a graduaton gift.He had been eyeing them up for awhile,so needless to say he was very excited to get it!Just thought I would pass on a mini review if anyone is interested. The gun is very solid feeling with a nice balance. The receiver is very thick and the action is smooth. The gun is pretty easy to clean, and didn't seem to get much fouling in the gas piston at all.The safety is in front of the trigger guard, and the button is oversized and easy to operate. It came with 3 mobile chokes but no additional stock adjustment shims. We have not patterned it yet,but we did shoot a fed #4 turkey thug at a turkey target just for the heck of it with a mod choke the  day we were shooting clays and at 40 yards there were appx 15 hits in the head /neck!Will post some patterns and some pics when we get some chokes and have time to give it a serious workout. If anyone is looking for an entry level 3"do all autoloader, this is definitely one to try.The only drawback is it's not d&t for an optic, but it has a half moon shaped cutout on top of receiver that may be for some sort of a factory mount.Maybe someone here would know. Will post up some pics soon....ward

Congratulations. I look forward to hearing how that gun works for your son. Berettas always have nice barrels so it should throw some good patterns and the Mobil choke system allows you to try a variety of chokes.

Thanks,
Clark
