No, it's not a ball game, it's the game of life, and death. The life of Eternity, or Hell.
God's word tells us to be prepared to be ready for a defense. A defense in telling those who ask about the "Light" in our life, in the surrounding darkness of this world.
1 Peter 3:15 (NKJV)
15 But sanctify the Lord God[a] in your hearts, and always be ready to give a defense to everyone who asks you a reason for the hope that is in you, with meekness and fear;

Notice the method of being on the defense though- "with meekness and fear;" in other words, with gentleness and respect. Are you ready in your answers? Are you able to respond without hesitation? Does your "Light" even shine enough to make others question His existence?
Most of all, have you asked Jesus the "Light" into your life for eternal salvation?
Heavenly Father,
Thank you for being our "Light" in this darkness. May Your light, shine to where others may question our hope, and joy in You. Help us to be ready to respond about Your salvation, and eternal home of heaven. May it be for Your glory, and Yours alone.
