the top one is one I turned first, I stabilized it Saturday, cooked and cooled it Sunday afternoon, turned it tonight. solid as a rock, headed to La., the next pic is another one, from the same blank. this one is headed out to VA.,
I was afraid I may not have did every thing right at first, but after doing it and taking a cut sample and found the "juice" was all the way to the center and dry as a bone, I feel confident enough to do some more....pappy
