IS there any tried and true ways to store mouth calls. I end up buying new calls every year due to the latex breaking down. I've heard the freezer works but never tried it. What do ya'll do?

At the end of the season I soak them in alcohol free mouthwash overnight then i let them dry on a paper plate with a paper towel. once they are dry i put them in a plano box and put in the fridge. I get atleast 3 seasons out of them and i am always buying new ones to try as well.

Thanks for all the responses. I was going to start buying some new calls and didn't want to waste the money if they wouldn't store.

I soak em in water & a little mouth wash overnight, rinse, air dry & in the fridge for the year, some are 4-5 years old

I rinse mine in warm tap water, air dry them, put them in the original container and then place that in a plastic bag and store in the fridge. I have calls that I have used for years storing them that way.
