Burris customer sevice.

Purchased a FF11 last year in April during Kentucky turkey season. It preformed great. This year had a problem with it and customer service had me send it back. They sent me a new one and didn't even question my receipt. While installing the new one the base stripped. I sent a email last Friday asking how I could repair it and I told them I probably stripped it. I just received a email from Brian Fowler customer service saying a new base is shipping tomorrow. There customer service is absolutely a WOW experience.

This is not the first time that I have heard about the excellent customer service at Burris. That is a major reason I just ordered a new Burris FF3. Can't wait to install it on a new Remington 870 SPS Shur Shot Turkey  gun that I ordered. Fall turkey season will be here before we know it! :happy0064:

Burris Customer service is second to none! Nobody backs up their customers like Burris!
I have Fast Fire's on 2 turkey rigs, and a TAC30 scope on my muzzleloader, and plan to add a riflescope to my .308 when I can scratch up some cash.
