Does anyone make strikers out of carbon arrows?

I've wondered myself. The talking stick carbon looks pretty close

There are a lot of call makers that make strikers from carbon arrow shafts.  Most call makers will probably make you one
No trees were hurt in the sending of this message, however a large number of electrons were highly inconvenienced.

I make them and have a couple ready to go...

Jessie Newsome makes one with a Corian tip on it. Sounds good on all surfaces.

Harold Fowler makes them with several different tips. Fine man and fine strikers!!

I was cleaning out my vest the other night putting everything in a dry box since season is over.

I found a carbon striker but I could not get it to play on anything; glass, slate, anodized aluminum.  What am I missing?

I thought about using it earlier in the season since this was the wettest spring we have had in current memory here in SC.

Any thoughts?  Does it require "roughing up."

I have found that a striker with a fiberglass shaft works better than the carbon arrow shaft. JMO
It's no the best for a slate surface but a killer striker on all of the other surfaces. It even run better when it is wet because the water helps in keep the tip clean.
