I've never used the DSD, know folks that have,, DSD is a quality product for sure. The avians being collapsible is the reason i went with them. After a couple times out I realized they send you the carrying bag for a reason. Leave the avians blown up for the season as the folks at avian direct. Works a lot better that way. Another plus is the avian is in a suitcase headed to the airport in the morning. Ha
