ACLU and Federal PD

So I read that the ACLU and The Boston office of the public defender are now worried that suspect #2 msy be interrorgated without Miranda rights being read. Who cares about his "rights"....as far as I am concerened he has no rights!!!!! He lost them, then I understand a parents love by c'mon, lets not cry frame job. Obviously shooting police and tossing pipe bombs didn't convince them. Ok stepping off soapbox now.

He didn't lose anything.  In this country's infinite wisdom, it even made him a citizen back in September.

The consequence of interviewing him without advising him of his right no to incriminate himself is that the evidence and that gained from it are excluded at trial.  But if the  prosecution has enough without the interview, then no big deal, they just don't attempt to put it into evidence.
