I noticed this product online and saw that it wasn't meantioned on here by any one. What do you all think about it? I'm looking to put a mueller quick shot on my A391.

Beretta does have a scope base that m ounts on the Extrema 2. Although, I have to say I dont like the design and when I had my Extrema 2 I had problems getting that base tight enough for my liking.
So, having said that, the b square may be a good option or try a speedbead if they make it for that gun.

I heard about the base made by Beretta, some people had complained about it mounting the sights too high on the gun. I would prefer to not have my gun drilled and tapped. The B-Square mount seems like a great alternative if the quality is good, as well if it doesn't mount the sight to high. The speed bead does seem to be the way to get out the cheapest, so I'm not having to buy a mount and sight.

You are correct in that the mount is tall and I wouldnt want my gun d/t'd either. I wish I could tell you more about the B square mount. May want to try shotgunworld.com Lots of very knowledgeable folks there and I am sure someone there will have experience with that mount.
Having said that...the Speedbead may be your best best. Its light, doesnt require gunsmithing and is simple to set up. Guys here seem to have good luck with theirs. Good luck
