Weaver B-Square Saddle Mount

Looking to mount a red dot on my 870 ga. and was looking at the Weaver B-Square mount.  I've personally never even held one and was concerned about the polymer construction.  Are these actually rugged enough to withstand the recoil?  Any opinions are appreciated!

I have the B-Square on my super mag for 5 years now and it works fine!

I bought the tru glo with the integrated saddle mount for my 870 special purpose super mag and I love it. Push the pins that hold the trigger group in and it attaches with two long Allen head bolts. It's rock solid and has held up to 3.5 inch shells without any movement from zero.
