Fastfire 3 mounting issue

Man I'm so pissed. Got my new fastfire 3 in yesterday, go to mount it and BOTH screws free spin in the mount. Seems the threads are stripped in both holes of the mount!

Not even sure what to do at this point. Will call Burris on Monday but geez I have very little time before season gets out and depending in the outcome I may not even be able to sight it in before season.

hahah well got a new base overnighted to me yesterday and got it all together!!

very impressed with burris and how fast they fixed the issue! AWESOME customer service for sure!

I did the same thing when mounting mine. Tapped aluminum will strip easy. They sent me a new next day free. They have great customer service and back their products.
