I know Andy Smith of A+J custom calls used to make a very nice cedar striker.  I believe they are still available from him.

As mentioned, I turn cedar strikers and include one with each of my copper calls, along with an osage orange striker.  I had turned a few before I started making copper calls and never really cared much for their sound.  On copper, it's a whole different story.  A cedar striker on copper is something to be reckoned with.
