Had to make some small changes to the banner so it fit better.  The first one I made was HUGE, so I modified it.
It worked but then Old Gobbler had to fix it for me as it was still to big. 
Finally got it to where it needs to be. Thanks again Shannon!!

Here is the final banner.  Hit quote and then copy the line that starts with IMG and paste it in your signature in your forum profile.
