Looking for a New Choke
January 20, 2013, 03:22:11 PM
Last year, I bought a Mossberg 500 with a 20'' barrel. Last season, I just used the factory XX-full choke that came with it. I wasn't extremely happy with the performance. I'm going to get a different choke before this season. I was looking at a Patternmaster Code Black. Have any of ya'll used it? Or, have any other recommendations?

I am very pleased with my Sumtoy chokes. William will help you any way he can.

Do some snooping in the pattern picture area , if you have a idea of what load you want to use or are using , this will help

I'm with the Sumtoy crowd.

One of my personal current interests is nest predators and how a majority of hunters, where legal bait to the extent of chumming coons. However once they get the predators concentrated they don't control them.
