INRE: Ghillies Post On The Tragedy In Iowa.

A few days ago Ghillie posted this.
Sorry to bring heavy hearted news...but I know there a lot of law enforcement, fire, ems folks as well as physicians on here and I thought you would like to know.  Last night there was a fatal Aero-Medical helicopter crash here in Iowa.  This touches me very close, as this is what I do for a living.   All crew members lost their lives last night en route to a local hospital, trying to save a critically ill stranger in need of rapid transport to another hospital.

Please say a little something extra for them tonight in your prayers...

Yesterday the University of Iowa AirCare team attended the memorial service for the Mercy Air Med team in Mason City. Afterwards, all 13 of us had dinner at a restaurant and when we went to pay the bill...an anonymous person had already paid our entire bill and left. They left this note...how amazingly thoughtful. What amazing citizens in your community!
