California Bound!

A proven favorite of mine and a call the hens and gobblers both love, figured Black Walnut over Yellow heart Poplar with Sumac and blocks and purpleheart spacers.  This call was built for a stand up callmaker and a bonified turkey thug...even if he is from California *bannana* ROTFLMBO.  I am always a bit nervous when building for a decerning ear, but in this case, the call has the all of sound I could ever want and I know he'll roll some western turkey heads with it.  The left rail sports a big wandering gobbler in the late season as he contineus to search for still one more hen *bannana* along an old barbed wire fence line.  The right rail has a couple feeding hens and an ever present strutting gobbler as they search for insects in the early morning on an upper meadow.  Sure hope he likes it.  Click on the video for a chilly December sound clip.  Thanks fer lookin and listenin!
