Ever question what wood your using?

Occassionally I get some wood I'm just not sure I know what it is. I googled wood identification and found this web site that helped me understand wood and its structure better. Some good info on quite a few domestics. Enjoy

thanks for the links.  I get a lot of wood from old pallets and sometimes I have no idea what it is.
