If anyone who has not participated in the Midwest call competition that is interested please pm me your email address and I'll forward you all of the info you'll need to enter. And if you have in the past PLEASE consider sending a few calls again this year, we have changed a few things to hopefully bring prices up and have a all star line up of judges. Neal, What kind of changes have been made? I have always enjoyed entering my calls in the Midwest and have been blessed in doing so, I encourage every call maker to jump into the ring and try their best. There is nothing like comparing our calls to each others, judging them on not only looks but sound as well on a level of good Ol' honest judging and not some politically backed decision making process.

The main change has been to bring call sale prices up using minimum bids buy it now and some calls going to ebay, which some are not huge fans of ebay but it's the best place to get the most bidders possible plus some great exposure which in turn will hopefully create more business for the call maker. We have also broken up a few divisions, and added some new judges.

And yes I can tell you from experience we don't care who you are if the call sounds great (hunting call) then it's a winner. All calls are judged individually scores tallied and placed accordingly. So each call gets the exact attention as the next make all sounds of a turkey.

I have been involved with the contest for 13 years now and have seen some great calls over the years and am looking forward to this years group as well. If you have sent one before please do so again this coming year and if you never have please consider doing so.
