while taking a break in the truck

after walking to check my cam and do some scouting,i was taking a rest at the truck and watched this young deer cross in front of my truck.the pic was taken through a dirty windshield.i have also, taken pics of turkeys here in same spot in spring.

I saw 3 last Sunday while driving back from checking my cameras.  Although my favorite time to see them is lined up in my sights, it never gets old seeing one cross a road or standing along the road or tree line.  Maybe it's just appreciating God's creation, but they bring a smile to my face every time.  Hope you fill your tags.

at 71,i have been there done that and have few goals left to achieve.i pass up more game than i harvest.i enjoy taking pics of any animal while on a stand or in my blind.just enjoy being out there.
