The one we should really be witnessing to the most is the one we meet in the mirror every morning. The Apostle Paul said he was the worst of the lot. He's never met me! I am a man with many flaws. And, that's not something I'm proud of. Compassion is one thing I'm always praying the Lord helps me with. No where in my Bible do you find a grey area. Like the song says, it's all black and white and RED. How does one encourage another without first pointing out the wrong? Being a Christian is hard work. Satan leaves you to your own demise before we become born again. But, once we except Christ, that's when he really puts the pressure on us. We all have a sinful nature, that's something we're born with. Following Christ is a choice. Sin is like an accent. My mother had an accent, my father has an accent, everyone around me has one. So, I'll have the same accent. If we do not want that accent, we have to put some serious effort into getting rid of it. Now I'm not saying our accents are a sin. It's just an analogy. Jesus' whole teaching was to REPENT!! and turn from our sinful ways. Yes, he told those that were going to stone the women, to let him without sin to cast the first stone. That makes us aware of our own sins. But he also told the women to go and sin no more. We as Christians, or maybe I should say, I as a Christian don't spend near enough time walking in the Spirit so as not to sin. I spend way too much time on these forums, building turkey calls, hunting, and all the other hobbies to be the kind of Christian God wants me to be. Man, imagine if I spent all that time working for Christ how stout a Christian I would be!!!!
