Here in Pa , I don't think I would set up a decoy and sit any where  near it.  I'll hunt with my dog, and then call them Back. Sounds alot safer.

I think the idea is to setup a decoy with the camera and pattern the movement. That way you know when to come in. Needless to say this tactic will only be successful on private land, IMHO.
