i saw this pic several days ago. didnt even post on it because of all the posts. didnt want to be the one guy that said it is a cool bird but someone was missing their turkey. deffinatly a royal palm.

The farmer is going to be pissed when he finds out his bird is gone. they usually walk around in the front yards.

It may be a wild bird, it may be a feral bird, however it does look a lot like a Royal Palm domestic turkey.

Yep...I raised a few years back...Looks exactly like one...Great looking bird in any event!

That's exactly what I was going to say!  I used to raise a few Royal Palms when I was in high school and that is exactly what they look like.
