Suggestions for Next Year

Was just curious if anyone had any suggestions to improve the team next year? Things you enjoyed from this year and things you did not like from this year? Thanks!

One suggestion that I have for next year is that if the majority of members come back next year to play on Team Spur Collectors than we vote for a Captain and Co-caption.  Those that would like to be the captain and are willing to put the time to do it in could put their name in the pot and the individual with the highest votes could be captain and the second highest co-captain. 

The reason JVA54 and myself took over as captains this year was because we were the only returning members from last years team.
