One of the many ways I enjoy mine is deep fried chunks after battering in cornbread or hushpuppy batter...

When I'm asked "What do you soak you turkey breast in", my reply is always the same, "HOT GREASE", that's the way to do it

We had some at turkey camp this year. Bird was in the grease about 1 hour after it stopped flopping. Can't get much fresher than that! It was GREAT!!
Love to hunt the King of Spring!

Last night I dusted a batch of nuggets with Old Bay, drizzled with Olive Oil, wrapped tightly in foil and grill. Moist, tender and mighty tasty.
