Which is better?? SE III Treklite Turkey Vest vs. regular SE III

If anyone has experience with both, what are the pros and cons.  Also, how do the internal pockets compare?

I learned the Trek Lite III is 100% polyester ... probably cooler, but also probably louder than cotton/poly blend.  I don't think turkeys would necessarily hear, but i don't need any hindrance listening for birds with a loud vest
