what about the winchester double xx?

Does anyone shoot the winchester double xx turkey loads? If so, in what gun and what choke? Thanks. All replies appreciated

I shot them for years until they came out with the XR shells.  The #5's patterned great in a GT .665 out of a Rem 11-87 Special Purpose

I shoot em out of my 870 with a jellyhead .665. I usually go with the #5, but also #6s if i have them on hand.

I shoot the Win X #6 in my 2.75" 12ga Browning A5.  For me they pattern just a bit better for than the XX.

I have some of the 2-1/4oz loads in #4,#5,and #6 that I use in my 835 with several different chokes
have some 3" 2oz #5's for my 1100

These four didn't like them double x's at all this year

shot them 2 years ago,, they shot great at 25 yards outta my indian creek or ssx choke with mossberg 835 .. over 25 yards.....well that was a different story.. still got a few in kill area.. (maybe 4 or so ) so i went to different shells and never looked back.
