mouth call tape ?

i am learning how to run a mouth call  i found out that i need to use a small frame call so i bought a few  i keep them in my mouth to get use to it and the tape keeps coming apart with in a few days  who makes a good strong one the will stay together and made well  any info please or am i doing something wrong
