Well after figuring i was gonna be sharing my farm with other hunters, i decided i was gonna hunt a field I had never hunted before on top of a ridge this weekend, since the other hunters would be hunting the fields down in the valley. Now ive learned ill be the only person hunting this weekend so my question is should I start out in the top field or set up in the bottom field? What would you pick? I know im overthinkin this but ur first set up is crucial on this farm as its hard to move on birds without gettin busted! So field on top of ridge or pasture in valley? What say you?

Whichever the birds prefer. If you've scouted and know which field they like, go there. Good luck

Go where the birds want to be or where they like to travel.
