Hooks Ceramic?

Anyone have a Hooks cedar Ceramic? Gonna add yet another call to the arsenal and this one I want to be ceramic

I cant remember seeing a whole lot on Hooks, I have their Aluminum and its my favorite pot call and I hear a lot about how amazing the Bronzed glass is but not much on the ceramic.

I know I've heard a sound file and video of Hallorans ceramic but he's sold out right now.. I love the Twisted Sister and some of his mouth calls that I have

I know I can call Scott and he'll be more than happy to run it over the phone but the quality of sound is always so poor over the phone its hard to get a Great feel for the call. I just know I dont have anything from hooks that isnt an awesome product

Unfortunately I don't have one yet, Scott keeps selling out LOL! But he told me that it is an awesome call.. I heard him run it over the phone, and like you said it can be hard to hear, but it sounded sweet!

Yeah last time I had him on the phone he ran a bunch of stuff for me and tons of strikers but a phone can't handle the frequencies and i cant tell the difference over the phone. might have to call him up and ask if he has any ceramics or is sold out..

what sparked this is I was passing on all my old calls or selling them and after I can committed to selling my old knight and Hale sla-tek close to ceramic and I started playing around on it again remember the first turkey I ever killed was with it I really missed it. Now I NEED something else to fill the viod

I got one a couple of weeks ago, so far I really like it.  I tried a ton of strikers on it they all sound good, a laminate one I have from woodhaven sounded really sweet.
