Moisture question

Ok I know where I should be % wise but what happens if I turn in the 15-25% range? Do I risk something cracking on drying out? And should I seal the ends of the piece as soon as I turn it and not the sides? What if I seal all of it? I am still trying to figure all this mess out.

It can crack and warp. I'd seal the end grain and cross your fingers.

If you're impatient like I am, dry it in the microwave first. Sounds crazy, but it works really well. Google it up and you'll find full descriptions.
