choke info

anybody know what this choke is or what its for

first off at the thread ends the first threads are smaller than the rest, and it doesnt fit rem sorry for pic ,oh yeah and inside the choke behind port holes it has 5 raised lips,like maybe wad strippers

I believe that is a "pattern master" sold by Cabela's. Suppose to shoot 00 buck good at 40 yards. I may be wrong though.
