Well... the walleye bite on L.O.W. has been phenomenal, the best in 20 years they say. Red is once again filling buckets with slab crappies, and once Millacs got ice it has been good. It's sad that the season ends here on the south half this weekend.
Gotcha, I'm not sure why you need to cook grit, the birds here pick it up right off the side of the road?
We did have German potato salad with it, and I'm pretty sure most southerners don't know what that is...
