It came with a Kicks Gobblin Thunder choke tube. We used Winchester Extended Range 3 inch #6 shells. From this combo we got some "OK" results at best at 40 yards. Can anyone shed some light on what our next step should be? I will say that we have always been impressed with the Winchester Extended Range shells and would like to keep that in our combo. Thank you for al your help everyone. It is appreciated.

That's a great gun and should produce some excellent patterns. I find that barrels of 26" (or longer) produce the best patterns but even my 24" in the Benelli do just fine.Even though you prefer the WXRHD shells, I think you'll find much better patterns with the Hevi-13 shells, if they are available to you. My Benelli guns like the 3" Bronze" shells with 2 oz. of #6 shot best.I see my best results in my Benellis with either a Wright's #3 turkey choke or with the SSX and those shells. Those chokes also improve the performance of the WXRHD shells substantially.I hope that helps some. Thanks,Clark
