Custom Laser engraving on a turkey fan plaque needed

I was at the NWTF convention in Nashville and found a guy that did custom laser engraving.  I got his card, e-mail address, 2 phone numbers etc...  any how, I've called and sent e-mails and they will not answer any of my messages....
I have a picture of my dad and I that I want to get engraved for him on a turkey plaque...  It was a special hunt for both of us and I want this for him as a fathers day gift.  Does anyone have any suggestions?  thanks in advance...
