Sightmark Reflex sight

Do any of you guys have any input on the Sightmark Reflex sight?  I have some points to redeem in a program at work and this was one of the items offered.  Any info would be appreciated.

In the customer reviews that I have read of those sights, there seems to be recurring and unpredictable quality problems.
