Right under OP's name..little box to the left of "Online", or "Offline". Just click on that and PM.

If you want to PM someone and they have a Personal Message box setup, you double click on the green scroll below their name and post data and a NEW MESSAGE box will open.  Then type in your message, as I just did to answer your question.  Sent you a PM, give it a try back to me.
