Federal Heavy weight 7s

Anybody tried the Federal Heavy weight #7s. Saw some tonight at Gander Mountain. Let me know I may need to get me some.

They pattern great out of non-ported choke for me. I'm shooting a Hasting .665 choke and getting 200 in a 10 in circle @ 40. Having good success with the Hevi 13 choke and 7's  in the 20g. 170's in a 10.  The flight control wad seems to be finicky with respect to choke but once you hit the right combo it's money. They pattern good with ported chokes too.  I get consistant 170's in the 10 at 40 out of my 20 ga mossy with a 21" barrel and an Indian Creek .555 choke.

They like my NEF Pardner Single shot 12 ga with a fixed Mod choke.  I get 150+ in the 10 at 40.  Killed a Bird I though was at 40 last year, turned out to be 45 yds.

Our little 21" barreled 20 gauge 870 REALLY likes those shells with a Tru-glo .550, which is ported, as well.  MEAN little combo!
